SCom re-approved as Shanghai Hi-Tech Enterprise for the year 2001 and 2002

SCom has been re-approved as Shanghai Hi-Tech Enterprise in 2001 and 2002 by Shanghai Science & Technology Committee. It's the 3rd time that SCom is granted the honor since 1999.
