SCom's SV-220 digital video encoder acquired the certificate of radio & TV network access

SCom's SV-220 digital video encoder passed the technical testing conducted by China Radio, Film & Television General Bureau on April 12th, 2001. In accordance with international standards, A/V performance, digital code stream format and subjective video evaluation tests show that SV-220 is up to the international advanced level and equivalent to that of foreign counterparts (e.g., Lucent, Barco, etc.). The achievement marks that SCom products and technologies have matured to march into the national radio & TV fields, meeting the fast development of information high-speed broadband networks in the country. SCom is one of the few national high-tech enterprises that are devoted to research and development in the realm of digital communication, digital video compression and digital high-definition transmission. Aiming at gradually replacing imported products, SCom is to occupy the huge national market with competitive price, quality and services. At present, SCom products have been successful applied in national radio & TV, telecom networks and public video monitoring fields.
